1. Create e-Signature record via the subtab e-Signatur
2. Chose a template
3. Fill in dataset fields
4. Chose recipients
5. Attach pdf
6. Save
7. A button appears “create document”
a. Click on the button, this initiated the data transfer to oneflow
b. Oneflow create a new document with the entered values
c. The document will open in a new tab
1. Click on send in Oneflow
2. Enter a subject and a message
3. Click on send
After that the receiver receives a mail with the encouragement to sign the document. The document will then be sent in the sort order you have defined to the participants.
A schedules skript updated the E-Signature and Recipients status every 15 minutes. Status fields on both record will give you an insight in which state your process is.
